Repair authorizations.
Advanced Camera Repair Service LLC may notify customer by telephone or e-mail to obtain authorization for repair estimates and/or re-estimates. We will not proceed with repairs until an authorization is received.
Re-estimate.
We make estimates in good faith. However, if once we begin the repair work we find something else substantially wrong with the camera equipment we will inform you of the new estimate. At that point you still have the option to decline the re-estimate and we will return the camera as it was originally delivered to us at no charge except your initial deposit.
